  • Spins. The maker says a gentle flick on the side sets the arm spinning.
  • On a wall or the floor. The maker's photos show it stuck to a wall and standing on its suction-cup base.
  • Two small balls. They sit together under one of the clear domes. The maker says the 2 balls are made from dried catnip.
