Terms and conditions
These terms apply to your use of purrmint.com and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our shipping policy and return policy, which form part of these terms.
Who we are
Purrmint is an online store selling products for cats and their people, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@purrmint.com for general enquiries or support@purrmint.com for anything to do with an order.
Using this site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site — that includes attempting to interfere with it, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours can look different from screen to screen. Dimensions are given as a guide and small variations are normal. Products are intended for use by cats under normal household conditions and with reasonable supervision.
Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your cat has a medical condition, or you're unsure whether a product suits them, please speak to your vet.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue a product at any time without notice.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include neither customs duties nor local import taxes, which are covered in our shipping policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect an order we've already accepted.
Payment is taken at checkout. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we can't ship to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Delivery and returns
Shipping destinations, timeframes, and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Your rights to return an item and how refunds work are set out in our return policy. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
Reviews and content you submit
If you post a review or send us a photo, you confirm it's your own and you give us permission to display it on the site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
Our content
The Purrmint name, logo, site design, text, and images belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to or rely on services we don't control, including payment providers and shipping carriers. We're not responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
We take care to describe our products accurately and to get them to you in good condition. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai. If you're buying as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of any mandatory consumer laws in your own country.
