Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship:

Purrmint ships worldwide. Most orders ship from international fulfillment partners.

Processing time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 8–16 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 9–18 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Shipping costs:

  • Orders under $40: $4.99 flat rate
  • Orders $40 and over: FREE worldwide shipping

Tracking:

Every order includes tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number once your package ships, usually within 48 hours of ordering.

Delays:

Occasionally, packages experience delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum timeframe above, email support@purrmint.com and we'll sort it out.

Customs and import taxes:

Because we ship from international fulfillment partners, some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local import laws, are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order is held by customs, you may need to pay these charges before the package can be released to you. Purrmint isn't able to predict, calculate, or pay these fees on your behalf — they vary by country and by package value.

For most orders to the US, Australia, and New Zealand, customs charges are uncommon due to high duty-free thresholds. Orders to Canada are more likely to attract GST/HST and small duty fees depending on the order value.

 If your package is delayed by customs processing, email support@purrmint.com with your order number — we'll help you communicate with the carrier to resolve any holds.

Refused packages: If a package is returned to us because customs fees weren't paid and the package was refused, we can refund the product cost but not the original shipping cost.
